An administrative project consisting of 6 main sections (the field section - the warehouse management section - the pesticide mixing station management section - the maintenance management section - the movement management section - the workshop management section) so that the project allows close monitoring of the work of these sections and submitting the necessary reports and powers for each section accordingly with the nature of his work.

The main user can define tasks for other users, such as viewing the various statistics, as well as general permissions. The system allows the Municipality supervisors to make reports about outpost areas that need to be treated with high accuracy. The process of receiving and processing them is organized by the field supervisors and observers, making an immediate report on them, and updating those reports instantly on Google Maps. The system also organizes the warehouse of pesticides, equipment, dispensing mechanisms, and ordering orders, which ensures the smoothness of the mechanism of disbursement and demand from warehouses, as well as the periodic monitoring of stock. The system manages the pesticide mixing station completely, from the mixing process to the filling process, and also determines the mixing ratios. For the smooth running of the project, general maintenance requests are organized through an advanced and effective maintenance ticket system. The system encodes all the project cars and its equipment, as well as the drivers, and coordinates the exit and return for them, the daily inventory of cars, as well as organizing the periodic maintenance of cars automatically. The system gives many general and detailed reports on each section of the system, which allows those responsible to follow up the daily workflow accurately and smoothly.
